Measuring Shirt Size
Before purchasing any Paul Fredrick shirts, you should first find your measurements. You will need 2 different measurements, your neck size and your sleeve size.

To find your neck size:
- Wrap a measuring tape around your neck
- Find the exact circumference of your neck
- Now take the circumference of you neck and add ½ inch to it
- That will be your neck size

To find your sleeve size:
- Measure starting from the middle of the upper back to the shoulder blade
- Measure starting from the shoulder blade to the wrist
- Now take 2 measurements and add it together
- That will be you sleeve size
Size selection for Paul Fredrick shirts will be presented in Neck size – Sleeve size. For example, if my neck size was 16 inches and my sleeve size was 33 inches, I would select the size 16-33.
If you are taller than the average man, I would suggest for you to purchase the big and tall size shirts, as it gives 1 and ½ more inches to the body. If you are leaner and skinnier than the average man, I would suggest you to purchase the trim fit shirts, which has a 5 inch more narrow chest area and a 6 inch more narrow waist area. If you are neither of the description above, purchasing the regular fit shirts would be best.
